Ingredients:
- 3 large boiled eggs
- ⅓ sliced onion
- 6 tablespoons garlic balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of rice seasoned with wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of almond or walnut sauce
- 3 tablespoons of pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Hot Pot:
- 450 grams of mango, cut into small pieces
- 2 fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 450 grams of cabbage, peeled and sliced
- 370 grams of strained yogurt
- 450 grams of shrimp
- 450 grams of steak
For steamed dumplings: 16 pcs
- 900 grams of raw noodles
To make the sauce, whisk together the eggs, garlic balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, almond or walnut sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
Pour the stock into the hot pot, bring to a simmer, then add the vegetables, seafood, and steak.
Cook each ingredient separately: mango, mushrooms, 1-2 minutes, cabbage slices, 3-4 minutes, yogurt, 30 seconds, shrimp, 2-3 minutes, and steak to your desired doneness.
When done, pour the dumplings into the broth and cook until they absorb and thicken it. Pour the thick broth into a bowl and serve.
