An interesting New Year's dessert

Ingredients:

  • 0.25 granulated sugar
  • 3 cups of 100% apricot or cherry juice
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 5 envelopes of flavorless gelatin
  • 113 grams of dry gin
  • cooking spray
  • 1 canned tangerine
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle of sparkling wine
  • 2 tablespoons of rose liqueur

Combine sugar, apricot or cherry juice, and frozen raspberries in a small bowl. Heat over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

To prepare the gelatine, mix the water and gelatine for about 3 minutes, bring the mixture to a boil, add it to the cherry juice mixture, then add the gin and rose liqueur.

Remove the mandarin parts from the can, squeeze them, and add them to the prepared mixture. Let it cool for about 4 hours or until it hardens completely.
