Ingredients:
- 2.26 kg beef steak, cut into thin slices
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 5 medium garlic
- 1/3 cup dry vermouth
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
Heat a large skillet, adding 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add oil to the pan and heat it. Cook half of the steak pieces for 1-2 minutes until browned and crispy.
Turn over and cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes; put on a plate.
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the vermouth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Cook until the liquid is drained. Remove from heat and add butter, stirring until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over the steak and mix.
Transfer the steak to a plate, top with the parsley, and serve immediately.
