Gougères with smoked salmon and caviar: a quick dish

Ingredients:

  • Half a glass of water
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ounces grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Half a glass of crème fraîche
  • 30 grams of smoked salmon, sliced
  • 15 grams of caviar
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon
  • 30 grams of sliced ​​prosciutto

Preheat the oven to 230°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat the water, butter, salt, and pepper in a saucepan until the butter melts. Add the flour and mix until the dough is dry.

Cool the batter a bit and add the eggs. Stir in the gruyere and thyme.

Put the dough in a bag and bake for 20 minutes.

Cool, pour crème fraîche, top with salmon, caviar, lemon and prosciutto.
