Saudi Arabia will open its first liquor store in the country's capital, Riyadh, which will serve exclusively non-Muslim diplomats, said a source familiar with the document.
Customers must register through the mobile app, receive an access code from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and maintain monthly quotas when shopping.
