Netflix has changed its CEO for the first time in 25 years

Netflix, the world's largest subscription service for movies and series, has announced that company founder Reed Hastings has stepped down as CEO after 25 years of service.

Hastings has been moved to the position of executive chairman of the board of directors. CEO Greg Peters has been named co-CEO, where he will work with Ted Sarandos.
