"French Rhythms Dedicated to the Memory of Aznavour" Program in Gyumri

With the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, the Teryan Cultural Center continues its large-scale cultural program, “French Rhythms Dedicated to the Memory of Aznavour.”

Following the successful exhibition in Strasbourg, the cultural message of the program is being disseminated in Armenia. On July 11, at 7:00 p.m., the solemn opening of the event will take place at Theater Square in Gyumri.

The goal of the program is to create a new platform for intercultural cooperation, where the originality of Armenian culture and the nuances of French art are combined. The initiative is aimed at:

  • International recognition of Armenian contemporary fashion,
  • promoting innovative solutions,
  • Supporting the creative activities of independent artists.

The event includes:

  • A modern clothing exhibition inspired by Aznavour’s art,
  • a concert program with cultural emotions and musical expressiveness,
  • a national clothing exhibition presenting the heritage layers and modern interpretations of Armenian fashion.

The exhibition, which combines the expertise of Armenian and French specialists, showcases French cultural approaches while reflecting the unique solutions of contemporary Armenian stylistics.

The goal of the “French Rhythms” program is to promote cultural cooperation and the creation of new platforms that foster the development of creative spheres, uniting specialists in the fields of art and fashion.

The program will also continue in Georgia and the Czech Republic.
