The temporary exhibition "Martiros Saryan: Familiar and Unknown Faces" has opened

The opening of the temporary exhibition "Martiros Saryan: Familiar and Unknown Faces," dedicated to the 145th anniversary of Martiros Saryan's birth, took place at the Museum of Literature and Art.

The exhibition's official opening was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Alfred Kocharyan, directors of partner museums, and the art-loving public.

The temporary exhibition "Martiros Saryan: Familiar and Unknown Faces" presents the complete collection of Martiros Saryan kept at the Museum of Literature and Art: paintings, graphic works, photographs, and documents, a significant part of which is being exhibited for the first time. The artistic part of the collection includes about 60 portraits of Armenian writers and cultural figures, both familiar and unfamiliar.

The exhibition will be open until July 10.
