In his latest project, Oscar-winning director Christopher Nolan will transport the audience to mythical Greece.
Universal Pictures announced this week that Christopher Nolan will direct the film Odyssey, which is based on an ancient Greek poem.
The poem is believed to have been written by Homer between 750 and 650 AD and centers on Odysseus's 10-year journey home after the Trojan War.
"Nolan's creation is described as a fantastical epic action film, shot using the all-new IMAX technology," the studio said in a statement.
The studio said it plans to release the film in July 2026.
The film will star Zendaya, Tom Holland, and Robert Pattinson, as well as Oscar winners Matt Damon, Lupita Nyong'o, Anne Hathaway, and Charlize Theron.
