On May 17, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, met the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, Mehmet Nuri Erso, within the framework of the International Conference of Ministers of Culture held in Ashgabat.
In the framework of a complete settlement of relations between Armenia and Turkey, among other issues, the ministers emphasized the benefit of cultural cooperation. They also exchanged views on the restoration of the historical bridge of Ani.
