The State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia will perform on tour in Great Britain

The government will allocate money to support the organization of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra's tour in Great Britain as part of the 120th-anniversary celebrations of Aram Khachatryan's birth.

As part of the program of events, concerts of the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia are planned in 10 cities of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (Manchester, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Burningham, Sheffield, Cheltenham, Croydon, Perth, Guildford, London).

 48340,6  thousand drams will be allocated from the reserve fund of the RA government for the 14-day concert tour. The total amount of the concert program is 98700 thousand drams.

So as you know, about 40 applications were received to be included in the list of jubilee events for the 120th anniversary of the famous Armenian composer Aram Khachatryan.

Tours, festivals, educational events, recordings, publication of a collection of letters, various reflections on Aram Khachatryan, international competitions, an exhibition of unique materials, etc., are planned within the project's scope.
