At the PACE session, Arusyak Julhakyan referred to the terrible cases of violence against female servicemen by Azerbaijan

On January 24, Arusyak Julhakyan, a member of the RA NA delegation to the PACE, gave a speech at the PACE session. The deputy referred to the terrible cases of violence against female service members during the September aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Armenia, noting that these atrocities targeted not only the gender of the service members but also their ethnic origin; they are nothing but violence based on gender and race.
At the beginning of the speech, Arusyak Julhakyan also responded to the statement of the Azerbaijani MP that Armenia has deviated from the path of democracy.
