France has appointed a permanent attaché on defense issues in Armenia

"After the visit of the Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan to France and the meeting with his French counterpart, Mr. Lecorneux, the delegation of the Ministry of the Armed Forces of France arrived in Armenia on October 27 and had discussions with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Papikyan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Khachatryan and the Security Council with secretary Mr. Grigoryan.
The delegation approved the appointment of a permanent attaché on French defense issues in Yerevan and discussed with the interlocutors the means of strengthening the French-Armenian military cooperation. The French Embassy in Armenia wrote about it on its official Facebook page.
