"Negotiations have always been bilateral." Mirzoyan
"Our negotiations, by and large, have always been bilateral," announced the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan.

Mirzoyan also emphasized that peace is not only the exclusion of shootings. "Peace is also open borders and the movement of goods and people through each other's territory." According to him, if Armenia remains under blockade, it will be challenging to consider peace established in the South Caucasus.
