13 of the 17 articles of the peace treaty have been agreed (VIDEO)
In the latest draft of the peace treaty, we have 17 articles, 13 of which are fully agreed upon, including the title and preamble, said RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

In a meeting with journalists, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the possibility of his participation in the COP-29 event in Baku in November.
