The Prime Minister presented the peace treaty discussions to the EU ambassadors

Regarding establishing peace, Armenia and Azerbaijan are on the verge of reaching an agreement. When the peace process started in earnest months ago, Azerbaijan wanted our agreement on 5 internationally recognized points. I am happy to announce that we have agreed on 16 points today.
