The lawsuit to confiscate about 46 million dollars of illegally sourced property from Surik Khachatryan and related persons have been accepted into the proceedings.
The General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia informs that the General Jurisdiction Court of the first instance of Yerevan has accepted another lawsuit filed on July 27, 2022, by the Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia regarding the confiscation of property of illegal origin.
