On September 18, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna in New York.
Mirzoyan noted with satisfaction the representation of Finland in the EU mission in Armenia

Persons who are not RA citizens can also vote if they have been registered in that community in the last 1 year. CEC
According to him, those who are not RA citizens but have been registered for the last year have the right to vote; for them, the residence card issued by the RA is considered an identity document.
