The first session of arbitration proceedings between Armenia and Azerbaijan took place
On April 12, 2024, the first procedural session of the arbitration proceedings between Armenia and Azerbaijan based on the Bern Convention on the Protection of European Wildlife and Natural Environment occurred. The hearings took place in The Hague, at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, during which the Representative for International Legal Affairs, Yeghishe Kirakosyan, led the Armenian delegation.
The government announced details of the meeting with the President of Kazakhstan
Reference was made to the processes taking place in the region. Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the progress of the discussions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, the "Crossroads of Peace" project of the RA government aimed at unblocking regional transport infrastructure.

During his visit to Armenia, the President of Kazakhstan, Kassim-Jomart Tokayev, touched on regional and global issues.

Tokayev also noted that Armenian culture days will be held in Kazakhstan: "I have invited Armenian athletes to participate in the 5th Nomadic Games to be held in Kazakhstan in September of this year."
