Makunts and Caroline Cox discussed the current security and humanitarian situation in Armenia and the region

Issues related to inter-parliamentary cooperation between Armenia and Germany were discussed
Cooperation programs are implemented with the support of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and GIZ.
Ararat Mirzoyan welcomed the G7 statement
"Welcoming the G7 statement, we emphasize that decisive international steps and clear public commitments by all parties involved are essential for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan by the Granada Declaration, as well as for meeting the needs of forcibly displaced Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh."
