On February 23, Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, met with a French parliamentary delegation. The meeting was attended by Andranik Kocharyan, the Chairman of the Armenian National Assembly's Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs, and members of the Armenia-France friendship group led by Vladimir Vardanyan.
