On the basis of the application submitted earlier by the RA government, the European Court of Human Rights made a decision and demanded Azerbaijan to provide the following information by June 6 of this year: Are the 2 servicemen under the control of Azerbaijan in a captive or other status? If so, the Court demanded from Azerbaijan to provide information about the conditions of detention and medical examinations of servicemen.
