We call on Azerbaijan to allow the ICRC to provide vital humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh, to work immediately to ensure free movement by opening the Lachin Corridor, and to guarantee the unrestricted movement of people, vehicles, and cargo.

It is planned to send 400 tons of humanitarian aid to the people of Nagorno-Karabakh through Russian peacekeepers
