In Artsakh, they accept the simultaneous transportation of goods through the Lachin Corridor and the Aghdam Road
Taking into account the deepening disaster and security situation in the country, the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh have decided to accept the joint proposal of the Stepanakert office of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the command of the Russian military group carrying out a peacekeeping mission for the simultaneous transfer of humanitarian cargo to the Red Cross through the Berdzor corridor, on the Goris-Stepanakert highway, and the Akna-Stepanakert road by international committee vehicles (load of foreign origin).

According to him, those who are not RA citizens but have been registered for the last year have the right to vote; for them, the residence card issued by the RA is considered an identity document.
