Ararat Mirzoyan presented the consequences of ethnic cleansing in Azerbaijan
Minister Mirzoyan also presented the steps taken by the RA government to address the needs of the Armenian population forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh as a result of ethnic cleansing by Azerbaijan.
