"The prime minister did not say that we are leaving CSTO." Mirzoyan
"The Prime Minister of Armenia did not say that we are leaving the CSTO; he said we will decide when we leave. We will decide, but we will not go back," said Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, commenting on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statements about CSTO in the National Assembly.

"But we understand that since February 2022, and before that, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and the members of the OSCE Minsk Group do not talk to each other. In other words, the OSCE Minsk Group, as such, de facto, does not exist," he said.

"We will leave; you are scaring us with that. We are doing well. We will decide when we leave. We say, and fewer things have been said. We will decide. Well, in your opinion, what is the next step? Can we go back? There is no other way."

He also asked whether Azerbaijan would leave Armenia's territory. "We have never removed the issue of vital occupied territories of 33+1 villages in Armenia from the agenda and will not remove it."
