According to Vance, the war in Ukraine could end in six months

US Vice President JD Vance said the war in Ukraine could be over in about six months, as the parties have already made “significant concessions.”

Vance is confident that Washington can mediate peace between Russia and Ukraine, despite recent developments.

“The Russians have done a lot of things that we don’t like. We immediately condemned the civilian deaths. But we have to admit that President Trump has put more pressure on Russia than Joe Biden did in his three and a half years,” Vance said.

According to him, the United States is using economic leverage, including secondary tariffs, for example, on India, to limit Russia’s oil revenues. At the same time, Vance assured that American troops will not be deployed in Ukraine.
