Suppose our efforts to end the war in Ukraine fail in the coming weeks. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that we will inform President Trump that negotiations are no longer a viable option.
"If both sides are serious about peace, we want to help. Otherwise, we will move on," he said.
Rubio added that the United States has supported Ukraine for three years, but now it is time for them to focus on other things.
