Israel has requested additional Apache helicopters from the US

Israel has asked the US to supply additional "Apache" helicopters. These vehicles are now actively working in Gaza and southern Lebanon, performing the function of "flying artillery." The workload of helicopters is very high; there needs to be more cars and pilots. In total, the Israeli Air Force has 48 Apaches in its arsenal, spread over two squadrons, but the army admits that, given the looming war in the north, more are needed.

The Pentagon has not yet satisfied Jerusalem's request. During this war, the Americans supplied Israel with hundreds of Hellfire missiles, which are the main armament of helicopters.
