"Historical experience shows that conflicts cannot last forever," said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in his address to the International Conference of Asian Parties participants.
"Ensuring peace and security between Azerbaijan and Armenia, based on the principle of international law and justice, is the need of the hour," Aliyev added.
