British Prime Minister Liz Truss congratulated the city of Liverpool, which will host the "Eurovision 2023" song contest.
Earlier, the British cities of Glasgow and Liverpool reached the competition's finals for the right to host the competition.
It should be recalled that the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) decided to move "Eurovision 2023" from the territory of Ukraine, which won the competition in 2022, to another country due to security reasons. At the same time, the representative of Ukraine will immediately go to the final of the competition next year.
