"The mentioned videos are full of extreme cruelty. All cases of violations of international humanitarian law must be thoroughly investigated. We call on the Azerbaijani and Armenian authorities to immediately analyze these videos, including the characteristics of war crimes. If the facts are confirmed, all the culprits should be held accountable to the full extent of the law," Zakharova said.
According to her, Russia continues to make serious efforts to improve the situation in the region and normalize relations between Baku and Yerevan. "We proceed from the fact that there is no alternative to peace. We are ready to provide the necessary support to the parties," said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
