"If Armenia wants to accuse us of entering its territory, it has no grounds for that." Aliev

Nobody can talk to us in the language of ultimatums; Armenia should think carefully in this regard. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev announced this today.
"Armenians should not rely on anyone. I want to say once again that no one and nothing can stop us: no one's call, phone call, or statement.
Aliyev noted that although the delimitation process has started, there are no substantive negotiations.
"If Armenia wants to accuse us of entering its territory, it has no grounds. We are in an advantageous position on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border from Mrav mountain to Araks river," Aliyev said.
He added that their positions along the border allow them to predict any Armenian action and take necessary measures.
