Russia has probably pulled the subs out of Crimea

There is little doubt that Russia's Black Sea Fleet Command has phased out its Kalo-class submarines (the collective designation NATO has adopted for both Russian submarine designs) from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk.

British intelligence believes this is likely due to a change in the threat level associated with strengthening Ukraine's long-range strike forces. In the last two months, the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet and the main airport of naval aviation were attacked, the summary's authors remind.

The authors assume that the guarantee of deployment of the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea was probably one of the reasons that prompted Russian President Vladimir Putin to annex the peninsula in 2014.
