On Tuesday, December 6, the head of the US State Department, Anthony Blinken, announced that the USA "did not encourage" Kyiv's strikes on Russian territory and did not allow the Ukrainian side to carry them out.
He also emphasized that the United States intends to ensure that, like many other partners worldwide, they have the equipment necessary to protect their territory and freedom.
