"The conflict in Ukraine must end with the establishment of a just peace, first of all for Kyiv." Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu expressed such an opinion during the press conference held in Tokyo.
Çavuşoğlu also stated that during the meeting with the President of Turkey, the Russian President considered Russia's probable return to negotiations with Ukraine.
