Barcelona hope to complete the Langley deal and sign up the new signings by the end of the week

"Barcelona" and "Tottenham" are negotiating the transfer of Clement Langley.
The defender spent the previous season on loan in the English team. Now the clubs are discussing the option of complete football player transfer.
Barcelona initially expected to receive 15 million euros in one payment, but are now ready to agree to terms, according to which "Tottenham" will pay 10 million at once, and another 5 in the form of bonuses.
The Catalans hope to complete the deal by the end of the week. It will help the club save Langley's salary and sign up new players.
