In the summer of 2022, a Caucasian leopard was recorded several times in Arevik National Park due to the monitoring carried out jointly with the Zangezur Biosphere Complex of the Ministry of Environment and the Armenian branch of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF Armenia).
The ministry states that now the cameras have captured a Caucasian leopard again.
