"If a new prime minister is elected, will the "peace conditions" of Azerbaijan change?" Vahram Atanesyan

Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Artsakh National Assembly and political analyst, wrote on his Facebook page.
"I don't understand something. Suppose that today Pashinyan resigns and a new prime minister is elected. Have the "peace conditions" of Azerbaijan changed? If so, are Azerbaijan's problems with Pashinyan? If not, how do they say that after Pashinyan, there will be no war, and we will return a part of what was lost? Let's decide on this main issue; let's move forward."
