RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Vahram Dumanyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of International Youth Day, which specifically states:

"Dear young people,

I congratulate all of you on this bright day, International Youth Day.

It is an indisputable truth that in any country, youth is the pioneer of changes, the driving force of every society, and the states where young people participate in decision-making are progressive.

Healthy in mind and spirit, educated, purposeful, armed with innovative ideas, and enterprising youth are the key to the prosperous future of our nation and state. This is how we want to see our youth, and targeted youth programs and events implemented by the state are aimed at this.

This year, International Youth Day has the theme "Solidarity of Generations. creating a world for people of all ages. In this context, I strongly believe that youth has no age limit. young people are those who constantly come up with innovative ideas and initiatives, surround those around them with youthful energy and enthusiasm, are ready, and participate in positive changes.

Any investment made in the field of youth is considered an investment in having a good future tomorrow. Accordingly, be sure that the RA government will continue to implement many youth programs aimed at revealing the potential of young people, developing opportunities and abilities, creating a favorable environment for self-expression, and especially creating appropriate conditions for the self-realization of regional youth.
