Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that we have lived in a country without a "cadastre certificate" for 30 years, "Besides, as a state, Armenia has never had a cadastre certificate during its many thousand years of existence. What we want to achieve is to receive a cadastre certificate for the first time in history. We will be the owner not only de facto but also de jure. We live in a place where at least a few states think that whenever they want, they will say: get together, get out of here. And at that time, we cannot say whether there is a cadastre certificate," he said.
