During the NA announcements, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs, Andranik Kocharyan, spoke about the problems of Artsakh Armenians, emphasizing being by their side.
"Today, Artsakh Armenians should feel that they are not alone; apart from all political actions, they should feel the concern, love, and willingness to support their compatriots who are several kilometers away. We must overcome indifference, prioritize sincerity and achieve the idea of natural brotherhood.
Now all we have to do is realize all this and show a strong will, not giving in to internal and external political provocations, calculate all possible risks and our opportunities as correctly as possible and act unitedly," said the deputy.
