Artsakh authorities do not clarify what assistance Serzh Sargsyan offered during the war

In response to Radar Armenia's written request, Serzh Sargsyan's office stated that "the outgoing president went to Artsakh in the first days of the war to participate in some way with his comrades-in-arms, to transfer his experience, knowledge, and skills for the competent conduct of war and negotiations in the most difficult situation.", but the authorities of Artsakh unwisely did not consider it appropriate to take advantage of the offered support."

To understand what kind of support and help was offered by the third president of RA, Serzh Sargsyan, and why the Artsakh authorities refused his help, Radar Armenia sent a request to the Artsakh presidency. However, the leaders of Artsakh avoid giving a concrete answer.

The following response was sent from the Presidency of Armenia. "During the war days of 2020, President Araik Harutyunyan met with all state, political, military, and public figures who visited the residence of the President of the Republic of Armenia and then offered a meeting with any figure or delegation who visited the residence of the President of the Republic of Armenia was not rejected."

Just to let you know, the answer of the RA presidency did not include the answer to our question, what kind of support did Serzh Sargsyan offer, which the authorities of Artsakh refused? Therefore, we sent an additional request to answer the specific question, what kind of help did the third president of RA, Serzh Sargsyan, offer during the war, which the Artsakh authorities did not consider appropriate to use?

The new answer received from the Presidency of the Republic of Artsakh states: "In the previous letter, the answer to your inquiry was presented as succinctly as possible."

He said that the authorities of Artsakh are avoiding saying what help was offered by the third president of RA, Serzh Sargsyan, during the war. Below we'd like to present the answers to the questions received from the Presidency of the Republic of Artsakh.
