The State Security Service of Azerbaijan arrested Armenians on charges of laying mines

As the Azerbaijani media reports, the State Security Service of Azerbaijan has arrested Armenians accused of planting mines in Taghavard.

According to the State Security Service of Azerbaijan report, the arrested persons are responsible for installing the mines that exploded on September 19.

Other details about the number and persons of those arrested are not known.
