A fire shot from the Azerbaijani position was directed at agricultural workers in Sarushen.

The police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh reported that a fire shot from the Azerbaijani position was directed at agricultural workers in Sarushen.

It is noted that on November 16 at 2:30 p.m., a 36-year-old resident of Sarushen village of Askerani region appealed to the Red Market Department of the Martunu district police department that Around 11:40 a.m. in Amaras Valley while carrying out work in the agricultural lands belonging to the Sarushen community of Askerani region, the Azerbaijani army officers fired irregularly at the citizens working in the field from a nearby combat position.

Agricultural work was stopped due to the violation of the ceasefire regime. There were no casualties among civilians.

The police informed the Russian peacekeeping troops about the incident and provided relevant materials. The Martuni regional department of the police is engaged in the inspection.
